The stream keeps buffering

Buffering is almost always a network issue, not a server issue.

  • Run a speed test — you need at least 10 Mbps for HD, 35+ Mbps for 4K.
  • Switch from Wi-Fi to Ethernet if possible — Wi-Fi loses packets during big matches.
  • Restart your router and your IPTV device.
  • Lower the stream quality (FHD instead of 4K) for an instant test.
  • Disable any VPN and try again.
"Cannot connect to server" or login fails
  • Double-check that there are no extra spaces in the username/password — paste, don't type.
  • Make sure your subscription is active (check your activation email).
  • Some ISPs block IPTV ports — try a different DNS (Cloudflare 1.1.1.1, Google 8.8.8.8).
  • Restart the IPTV app and re-enter credentials.
Some channels don't load
  • Try a different channel — if everything else works, a single channel is likely undergoing maintenance.
  • Refresh your playlist from inside the app's settings.
  • Contact support with the specific channel name so we can investigate.
EPG / TV guide is empty or wrong
  • Force-refresh EPG from the app's settings (it can take 1–2 minutes).
  • Set the correct timezone in app preferences.
  • In IPTV Smarters: Settings → EPG → Force download.
The picture freezes during big matches

Our anti-freeze tech reroutes streams across our server network during congestion. If you still see freezing:

  • Switch to a wired Ethernet connection.
  • Close other devices that share bandwidth.
  • Try a different backup server if your app supports multiple URLs.
Audio is out of sync with video
  • Change the player's hardware acceleration mode (try toggling between HW+ / HW / SW).
  • Restart the stream — sync issues often resolve themselves.
  • Check your TV's audio delay setting if you use an external sound bar.
App crashes or won't open
  • Clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → IPTV Smarters → Clear cache).
  • Update the app to the latest version.
  • Reboot the device — surprisingly often fixes everything.
  • Reinstall as a last resort, then re-enter your credentials.
