젊은 시절, 고든 경감은 브루스 웨인의 부모를 살해한 자를 복수하기 위해 범죄와 부패를 막는 고담 시의 젊은 형사로 활약한다.

However, when Bullock is framed for a murder, Gordon begins to piece together an even more sinister plot targeting the city, and a new figure emerges from the shadows to be the hero Gotham desperately needs.
