Akagiのあらすじ
昭和三十三年。ある嵐の夜、一つの伝説が始まろうとしていた。「闇麻雀」をしていた南郷は己の命運を賭け、麻雀を知らない素人同然の少年にヤクザ相手の「闇麻雀」を自分の代わりにさせた。その少年の名前は、赤木しげる。彼こそが、後に「裏の麻雀界」を震撼させることになる「伝説の代打ち・赤木しげる」であった…。
